We help individuals build real-world connections, develop confidence, and gain tools to enter or re-enter the job market, particularly in the arts and creative sectors. This project aims to support young adults between the ages of 18-25. 

Through mentorship and training, we help people:

• Showcase their art

• Develop their portfolios

• Apply for exhibitions

• Work from briefs

• Build industry-relevant skills

We will also help build confidence in growing a creative careers, through:

• Upskilling opportunities

• Learning new creative and transferable skills

• Work experience placements

• Guidance on how to apply for jobs, exhibitions, and creative briefs

• Resources and signposting for employment and job development

• Collaborations with makers, creative professionals, and organisations 

We are also committed to developing alternative social spaces — creative, welcoming environments that are free from pressure or stigma. These spaces offer a meaningful alternative to traditional social venues, allowing people to connect, create, and collaborate in healthier, more fulfilling ways.
